Product Warranty – HydroVibe
We stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you believe your item is defective or not performing as expected, please review the warranty details below and follow the outlined steps.
What Is Covered
HydroVibe products are covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. This includes noticeable damage affecting the product’s normal function when it has been used and cared for properly.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from HydroVibe or an authorized retailer in Pakistan.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not apply to:
• Accidental damage, natural disasters, or fire
• Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, cosmetic marks)
• Damage caused by improper care or incorrect use
• Damage caused by modification or third-party accessories
• Misuse, neglect, or abuse
• Counterfeit products or items not purchased from authorized sellers
Warranty Duration
The warranty for drinkware and containers (excluding lids, seals, and straws) applies for the functional lifetime of the product when properly used and maintained.
Verification Requirements
To process your warranty request, we may ask for:
• Proof of purchase
• Photos or videos showing the defect
• Return of the product (if required)
Additional information may be requested depending on the case.
Remedy
If your product qualifies under warranty, HydroVibe will repair or replace it with a comparable item at no cost.
Replacement items may vary in color, material, or finish. Customized items cannot be replaced with identical customization.
